How long does it take to install a sunroom?

admin September 13th, 2007 at 9:36 pm

The average sunroom project takes less than two weeks to complete, once schedules are determined and plans are approved. With sunrooms, it’s installation and not construction. The four steps to sunrooms are listed at: http://www.ambianceadditions.com/patio-covers/

I am thinking of adding one of your solid roof patio enclosures. Is it possible to have the room installed by the holidays? Today is October 1st.

Yes, it’s possible to have the room built by the holidays. However, a concern may be obtaining a permit or Home Owner Association approval in time. Please send us your details and we’ll advise you on the project right away. You can submit information online at: http://www.ambianceadditions.com/contact.html

I have an old patio addition in the back of my house. However, I want to turn it into a room where I can raise plants. How do I go about that?

I am worried about my sunroom leaking. What is done to make this not a problem?

admin October 30th, 2007 at 5:35 pm

You shouldn’t be worried about your sunroom leaking if it’s a Four Seasons sunroom. We’re so confident of this claim, that all Four Seasons sunrooms are GUARANTEED AGAINST LEEKAGE! For example, CONSERVAGLASS PLUS does not use leak-prone injection holes like other glass room manufacturers, but is assembled in a “clean room” - ensuring no holes to leak. Four Seasons sunrooms are also engineered with built-in double drainage systems and utilize advanced window caulking for a weatherproof enclosure.
