I like the idea of a sunroom with completely glass roof but am worried about how much cleaning it will require. How often do you recommend cleaning the glass rooves and how difficult is it.
Cleaning is not a problem if you choose Four Season Sunrooms’ exclusive CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ windows. Stay-Clean Technology ensures that the windows virtually clean themselves! A super-thin coating of silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide ensures windows stay cleaner longer: water disperses evenly, “sheets off” and evaporates quickly. Because dirt won’t adhere to the glass, you clean the windows with a hose and they don’t require polishing like regular windows.

My Homeowners Association requires approval for any room addition project, is this something your company can take care of for me?
I am worried about installing a sunroom, a freind of mine has a room and every time it rains it leaks. What do you do to prevent the room from leaking. What kind of warranty do you offer if it does leak. My freind seems to be spending a bundle on repairs?
Ambiance Additions is very involved with Home Owner Associations (HOA). We have extensive experience in obtaining permits and permission from HOAs and will submit applications and attend meetings on your behalf.

Im concerned about building in the rainy season. Can you built when its raining?
Yes, we can build when it’s raining. You should note that adding a sunroom is unlike most other room addition projects. Think installation and not construction.
In fact, the average sunroom project takes less than two weeks to complete (once schedules are determined and plans are approved). The four steps to sunrooms are listed at: http://www.ambianceadditions.com/patio-covers/
Are your sunrooms able to be built in high wind areas?
Yes, Four Seasons sunrooms are able to be built in high wind areas. Four Seasons sunrooms have been designed and tested to meet and comply with the toughest building codes throughout the country, from heavy snow loads to extreme wind loads. Four Seasons Sunrooms are the most tested and approved year-round glass building additions in the industry, including accreditations from such critical agencies as ENERGY STAR, Good Housekeeping, NFRC, ICC-ES, AAMA, ULC, and others.
For example, Four Seasons sunrooms are approved by the ICC-ES, a nonprofit corporation that specializes in technical evaluations of building products. Four Seasons have also been awarded Gold Standard Certification by the American Architectural Manufacturing Association, the independent source of performance standards, product certification and educational programs for the window, door and skylight industry.
