As part of Ambiance Additions’ comprehensive service, we submit applications to all necessary building/planning departments and homeowners associations (if needed). We attend planning meetings on your behalf and complete the steps required to ensure the timely issuance of permits to build your sunroom, whether it is a patio room or room addition.

We want you to feel confident that you won’t get stuck with an unsatisfactory job. We also believe that you shouldn’t pay extra to get this assurance.
Plus, you are further assured by Ambiance Additions’ own warranty that:

Covers all workmanship performed
Includes any flaws of workman ship
Is fully transferable

Four Seasons sunrooms are designed and manufactured to your individual spec, and installed at your home. It causes much less disruption (debris, dust…) than traditional construction.
